| 摘 要： | 目的了解山西省太原市社区的2型糖尿病患者的生存质量，并探讨其影响因素。方法应用糖尿病患者生存质量特异性量表（DSQL）对太原小店区和晋源区共36个社区医疗站中的12个站点辖区274名糖尿病患者的生存质量进行测量。结果社区糖尿病患者的生存质量在文化程度和合并症的数量两个方面存在显著差异；脑梗塞、合并症数量，糖尿病足3个因素是影响生存质量的主要因素。结论临床医务人员应针对性的开展糖尿病健康教育，重视患者生存质量的提高。
