组织细胞坏死性淋巴结炎13例报告

目的探讨组织细胞坏死性淋巴结炎的临床表现、诊断、治疗。方法回顾性分析本病13例的临床、病理资料。结果年龄15-28岁，临床上有发热、颈部及其它表浅淋巴结肿大，病理检查淋巴结中心多灶性坏死及组织细胞浸润。皮质激素治疗全部治愈。结论临床表现是诊断线索，病理所见是诊断依据，皮质激素治疗有效。

Clinical reports of histiocytic necrotizing lymphandenitis in 13 cases

To investigate the clinical menifestation, diagnosis and therapy of the disease of histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis (HNL). To analyze the clinical data and the histopathologic findings of the 13 HNL cases retrospectively. The first attack was common in 15~28 years old. The characteristic menifestation was the enlarged lymphadens in neck and the other superficial areas. The histopathlogical findings were the multi-necrotic foci and the histiocytic infiltrations in center of the relative lympha nodes. HNL could be cured by the carticosleroid. Conclusions] The diagnosis of the disease can be considered by the menifestation, proved by the histopathologic findings. And the carticosleroid is effective to treat the disease.
