| 摘 要： | 本文报告144例胸部创伤,其中男性119例,女性25例。年龄7～85岁,其中18岁～59岁101例。闭合性损伤130例,开放性损伤14例。损伤类型以肋骨骨折(112例)、血气胸(51例)多见。大多为复合伤:肋骨骨折合并血气胸37例,胸腹联合伤11例,胸伤合并颅脑损伤7例等。死亡3例(2％)。文中介绍基层医院处理常见胸伤的简便有效方法,重视合并伤的处理,提出掌握急诊剖胸时机,对抢救胸伤休克极为重要。

| Abstract: | This paper reorts 144 cases of thoracic wound (119 male, 25 female), including 101 cases aged 18～59 years. 130 cases had closed wound. and 14 cases had open wound The wound in cases was rib fracture (112 cases) and/or hemopneumothorax (51 cases). 11 cases had thoracicabdominal wound. 7 cases had both thoracic and cerebral wound. 3 cases died (2％). Some treatment methods which are both simple and effective in countuy hospital and the suitable time of thoracotomy for saving the thoracic wound accompanied by shock are recommended. |
