| 摘 要： | 目的：检测抑制素B在多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）患者卵巢组织中的表达,探讨其在PCOS患者发病中的可能机制。方法：PCOS患者30例,对照组30例。分别测定血清促卵泡激素（FSH）、促黄体生成素（LH）、垂体催乳素（PRL）、睾酮（T）、雌二醇（E2）性激素水平。通过免疫组化方法检测抑制素B在卵巢组织中的表达强度。结果：PCOS组卵巢组织中抑制素B的浓度高于对照组,差异有显著性。结论：抑制素B参与了PCOS患者的性激素分泌失调。检测与调节PCOS患者中抑制素B的水平可能有助于指导PCOS的治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the significance of human inhibin B(INHB) in the pathogenesis polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:A total of 30 PCOS patients and 30 patients of ovary cysts (xontrol froup)with nomal ovulating were included in this case-comtrol study.The expresses of INHB of ovaries were detected with immunohistochemistry.Serum FSH,LH,prl,T and E2 were measured meantime.Results:The levels of INHB of ovaries in PCOS group were significantly higher than those of controll group.Conclusion: This study sug... |
