马拉色菌扩增DNA多态性研究

摘    要:应用RAPD法对不同来源的马拉色菌进行DNA分型。结果发现47株马拉色菌临床分离株可分为6型,其DNA型别与孢子形态之间无绝然对应关系,不同地区的马拉色菌DNA带型之间似无明显差异。马拉色菌DNA型别与其所致临床病型之间无明显对应关系。但可能存着一定的优势关系。

Abstract:To analyze the DNA polymorphism of Malassezia Spp. by using random amplification of polymorphic DNA(RAPD) assay. The results showed that 47 clinical isolates of Malassezia species could be classified into 6 types based on their DNA banding patterns. There was not a distinctive corresponding relationship between the DNA types of Malassezia species and their spore forms. No significant difference of DNA banding patterns of Malassezia species which came from different regions was found. A relatively dominant relationship probably existed between the DNA types of Malassezia species and the clinical disorders which caused by them in spite of no distinctive corresponding relationship between them.
