恶性淋巴瘤腹部结外器官受侵的超声表现

探讨恶性淋巴瘤腹部结外器官受侵的超声表现特点。方法：回顾性分析了１４例经手术或病理活履活检证实的腹总结中外器官受侵的恶性淋巴瘤病例的超声图像特点。结果：表浅、纵隔、腹盆腔、腹膜后淋巴结受侵者分别占４２．８６％、２８．５７％、６４．２９％、５０％，ＵＳ所见为结状实性均质性低回声或极低回声。

Ultrasonic Manifestation of Malign Lymphoma in Abdominal Organs ln vaded

To explore ultrasound the characteristics of malign lymphoma in abdominal organs invaded. Method Ultrasound features of 14cases of abno minal organs invaded by malign lymphoma wtich were comfirmed by operation or biospy were analysed. Result All the 14 cases were found lymph nodes invaded.42.86%,28.57%,64.29% and 50% of whom were invaded su- perficial area, in mediastinum, abdominal pelvic cavity and retroperitoneally. US found low or very low voice in them.7 cases were in- vaded in liver.Two cases of them showed anehonic legions five cases of them showed diffuse nodular type or miliary type with low voice. 11 cases were found spleen invaded.They showed diffuse lump multiple modular type.localizzed lump. One case was invaded in hoth kidneys another was invaded in small testines. Rich blood singla on CDFI were seen in the legions. Conclusion: Ultrasonic exami- nation can judge whether abdominal organs are invaded by malign lumphoma.
