摘    要:通过第三方对医院服务现状进行调查,结合医院规划和未来愿景,确定医院服务策略,建立服务文化体系,采用3T、workshop方式,长期、系统、有针对性开展全员优质服务培训,培育医院服务文化,进一步提升员工素质和医院整体服务水平,打造百姓满意的品牌医院。

Abstract:Through a third party to investigate the status of hospital services, combined with the hospital plan and vision for the future to determine the strategy of hospital services and establish a service culture system, using of 3T, workshop mode, our hospital carried out long-term, systematic, targeted full quality service training, to cultivate the culture of hospital services, to further enhance the quality of staff and enhance the overall level of service of the hospital, and to build people satisfied with the brand hospital.
