急性脑梗死针刺与运动疗法对上肢运动功能的影响

目的：探讨急性脑梗死早期针刺及运动疗法后上肢运动功能恢复的程度及与其功能性活动的关系。方法：132例首发脑梗死偏瘫患者分为综合组和对照组各66例，均按神经内科常规处理，并进行运动疗法，综合组同时按照中医辩证法对患者上肢施以针刺。结果：治疗2月后，上肢运动功能积分．患腕主动活动范围．功能独立性评定量表中进食、梳洗、穿脱上衣等评分与治疗前比较，2组均提高（P〈0．05），综合组各项评分明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：脑梗死患者早期采用综合疗法可以明显促进日常生活能力的最大程度恢复，对患者预后有良好的影响。

Effect of Early Acupuncture Moxibustion and Exercise Therapies on the Recovery of Upper Limb Function of the Patients with Acute Stroke

Objective: To study the recovery of motion function of upper limbs of the patients with acute stroke following early acupuncture moxibustion and exercise therapies.Methods: One hundred and thirty-two initial stroke with hemiparalysis were divided into combined group(66) and control group(66),both receiving routine treatment and exercise therapies.The patients in the combined group were subjected to moxibustion therapy of the upper limbs.The two groups were assessed by Active Range of Motion(AROM),concise Fugl-Meyer assessed(FMA) and Functional independence measure(FIM).Results: The scores of AROM,FMA,FIM demonstrated that there were no significant differences between two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,the scores in the combined group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The early acupuncture moxibustion and exercise therapies could promote the hand function recovery and improve the ADL to a maximal degree.
