不稳定型髋臼骨折的手术治疗

【目的】探讨不稳定型髋臼骨折手术治疗的效果。【方法】本组36例不稳定型髋臼骨折均采用AO分类法分型并行骨盆重建钛板内固定手术治疗。【结果】36例均获随访,随访0.25~5.33年,平均随访2.6年,髋臼骨折患者的疗效评定按美国矫形外科研究院评价标准:优20例,良11例,可3例,差2例。优良率为86.1%。【结论】伤后早期手术解剖复位和钛板内固定治疗不稳定型髋臼骨折可达到减少并发症,缩短康复期和降低致残率的目的。

Surgical Treatment of Unstable Acetabular Fracture

Objective]To study the result of surgical treatment of unstable acetabular fracture. Methods]Thirty-six cases were classified by AO method, and were treated operatively and fixed with reconstructive pelvis Ti-plate. Results] All the patients were followed up for the average of 2.6 years (from 0.25 to 5.33 years). According to Matta criterion, 20 patients were excellent, 11 good, 3 ordinary and 2 bad. The excellent and good rate was 86.1%. Conclusion] Unstable acetabular fracture should be treated by opening anatomic reduction and internal fixation with reconstructive Ti-plate as early as possible after trauma. This surgical treatment can reduce complication, shorten rehabilitation period and cut down the disability rate.
