| 摘 要： | 目的了解患者输血前4种传染性疾病的感染情况，预防和避免医院感染和医疗纠纷的发生，提醒医务人员注意生物防护与自我保护。方法对2487例患者输血前进行血液乙型肝炎两对半、丙型肝炎病毒抗体（抗-HCV）、人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体[抗-HIV（1＋2）]、梅毒甲苯胺红不加热血清（TRUST）抗体4项传染性指标检测。结果4种指标的阳性率分别为乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原10．17％、抗-HCV0．48％、抗-HIV（1＋2）0．00％、TRUST0．60％。结论受血者输血前传染性指标的检测对医患双方均有益，而且对临床输血管理的安全监控，疾病的早期诊断与早期治疗，减少医疗纠纷，防止医源性感染均有重要意义。
