中西医结合治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效分析

目的:总结中西医结合治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床经验.方法:强直性脊柱炎患者160例,80例应用针刀合手法加中西药物治疗,观察1年(治疗组).另80例用单纯西药治疗(对照组),比较两组疗效及西药用药时间.结果:根据疗效标准,治疗组80例中,临床控制26例,显效42例,有效11例,无效1例,显效率85.0%,与对照组比较疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),且治疗组的西药应用时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01).结论:针刀合手法加中西医药物治疗强直性脊柱炎能早期有效,更快地缓解疼痛,控制症状和病情的发展,减少并发症和致残率,并可有效地减少西药用药时间和副作用.

Analysis of Curative Effect on Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis with Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine

Objective: To review the clinical experience of treating ankylosing spondylitis with integration of traditional and western medicine. Methods:80 cases with ankylosmg spondylitis were treated by needle knife and maneuver added the traditional and western medicine, with observed for one yeart. And other 80 cases were chosen as control group randomly, which were treated by western medicine only. Then we compare their curative effect and the time of using western medicine. Results: According to the curative effect standard, among 80 cases of treatment group, 26 cases got clinical controlled, 42 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases were effective, 1 case was no effective, the markedly effective rate was 85.0%, which was significanfiy different from that in control gronp(P<0.01), and the time of using western medicine was obviously shorter(P<0.01). Conclusion:Treating ankylosing spondylitis with needle knife and maneuver added the traditional and western medicine can make an early effect, relieve the pain more quickly, control-the syndrome and development of the disease, reduce the complication and rate of causing dlsabfiity, and can effectively shorten the time of using western medicine and reduce its side-effect.
