医患沟通及其管理

摘    要:医患沟通成为社会的高频词,也成为社会关注的热点。医生与患者的相互信任成为双方共同追求的目标,医务人员如何掌握良好的沟通技巧,也成为一个重要的研究课题。医生学会医患沟通的现实意义非常重大,是当代医生必须努力做好的头等大事。医生要掌握基本的医患沟通技能和策略,各级管理部门要加强医疗制度的建立、培训、实施与监管,可以有效避免医患纠纷的发生,并提高执业荣誉感。通过医患双方的共同努力来创造一个和谐的就医环境。

Abstract:"Communication between doctors and patients" becomes social popular phrase.To trust each other between doctors and patients becomes the aim of both of them,and how to master a good skill in communication between doctors and patients turns to be a most important topic for reach.Nowadays,Learning communicate with patients means a lot for doctors,and communication between doctors and patients is the most important things for doctors. Doctors should master the basic techniques and strategies for the communication and each management should pay more attention in establishing,training,practice and custody of the medical institution,and it can prevent the development of disputation between doctors and patients,and increase the sense of honor as a doctor.Accordant environment for patients to receive medical treatment needs hard endeavor from doctors and patients.
