咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床分析

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取2010年10月～2013年10月我院呼吸内科对收治的120例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者，采用随机对照方法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各60例。对照组患者给予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂（舒利迭）治疗，观察组患者给予孟鲁司特钠联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效及症状缓解时间。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为91．7％，对照组患者治疗总有效率为78．3％，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组患者哮喘持续时间、咳嗽消失时间及肺部哮鸣音消失时间均显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论孟鲁司特钠联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘效果显著，能有效缩短哮喘症状缓解时间，为临床用药提供一种新的选择。

Clinical analysis of cough variant asthma

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated medicine in patients with cough variant asthma. Methods The 120 cough variant asthma patients during the time from October 2010 to October 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group contained 60 cases. The control group were treated with salmeterol fluticasone propionate inhalation powder （Seretide） treatment, the observation group were given montelukast combined salmeterol fluticasone treatment.The clinical efficacy and remission time were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 91.7% and that in the control group was 78.3%,the total effective rate of observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.The asthma duration time,cough and wheezes disappeared time were faster in observation than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast combined salmeterol fluticasone in the treatment of cough variant asthma has a significant effect.It can effectively reduce the time of asthma relief symptoms.It is a new choice for clinical medication.
