摘    要:目的探讨放射PET/CT技术诊断鉴别肝血管良恶性肿瘤的效果。方法2011年2月~2013年9月选择在我院诊治的肝血管肿瘤患者90例,都进行了放射PET/CT诊断与最大标准摄取值的计算。结果放射诊断肝血管良恶性肿瘤的敏感性为100.0%,特异性为87.5%,准确性为97.8%。良性患者的最大标准摄取值为(6.32±2.12),恶性患者为(8.04±2.85),最大标准摄取值在不同患者之间的对比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论放射诊断鉴别肝血管良恶性肿瘤有很好的效果,在临床实践中逐渐显现出的独特的应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of radiodiagnosis of PET/CT technology in the identification of benign and malignant hepatic vascular tumors. Methods 90 patients with hepatic vascular tumors who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 201 to September 2013 were selected. They all received radiodiagnosis of PET/ CT and maximal standardized uptake values were calculated. Results For the radiodiagnosis of benign and malignant hepatic vascular tumors, the sensitivity was 100%, the specificity was 87.5%, and the precision was 97.8%. The maximal standardized uptake value for benign patients was (6.32 ± 2.12), and (8.04 ± 2.85) for malignant patients. The difference of the value in different patients was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The radiodiagnosis used to identify benign and malignant hepatic vascular tumor has a favorable effect, which has been gradually gaining its application value in clinical practices.
