青村镇农村地区老年人常见慢性病的调查与社区防治探讨

目的了解农村社区老年人群中常见慢性病的患病现状，为开展社区慢性病管理制定相应对策。方法整群抽取青村镇6个自然村中60岁以上本籍常驻人口5013例作为研究对象。通过体检、血脂检测和临床判断，确定该人群中的冠心病、脑卒中、高血压、糖尿病和肥胖的患病率，探讨农村社区慢性病防治的重点与干预方法。结果完成体检4309例，占85．9％；采血检测4281例，占99．3％；其患病率：冠心病、脑卒中、高血压、糖尿病、肥胖，分别为4．2％、6．4％、53．7％、8．7％、12．7％；血脂异常率：TC、TG、HDL—C、LDL—C，分别为40．1％、25．9％、21．8％、23．1％。结论青村镇农村社区老年人的慢性病以高血压为主，其次为肥胖、糖尿病、脑卒中和冠心病，女性高于男性；社区慢性病管理，以高血压为重点，老年女性应特别关注。

Investigation in common chronic diseases in qingcun town rural elder population and discussion on their community prevention and control

Objective This paper is to make clear the current situation of common chronic diseases in rural elder population to formulate corresponding countermeasures for chronic disease community management. Methods Choose 5,013 eider people aged above 60 from 6 natural villages as research objects. By physical examination, blood lipids and clinical judgment,determine coronary heart disease,stroke,hypertension,diabetes and obesity prevalence rate to discuss on the importance and intervention method of rural community prevention and control against chronic diseases. Results 4,309 of them completed physical examination,accounting for 85.9%;4,281 of them completed blood test, accounting for 99.3%;The prevalence rate of coronary heart disease,stroke, hypertension,diabetes and obesity are 4.2%,6.4%,53.7%,8.7%,and 12.7% respectively; Dyslipidemia rate：TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C were 40,1%,25.9%,21.8%,23.1% respectively. Conclusion Chronic diseases in Qingcun Town rural elder population give priority to hypertension,then,obesity,diabetes,stroke and coronary heart disease.The prevalence rate in female is higher than in male.Therefore,it should pay more attentions to hypertension during community chronic diseases management;and more attentions should be given to female elders.
