| 摘 要： | 目的：了解HIFU治疗浸润性膀胱肿瘤的疗效和安全性。方法：采用FEP-BY01 高能聚焦超声肿瘤治疗机共对117例浸润性膀胱肿瘤进行HIFU治疗。结果：疗后3个月膀胱内肿瘤CR为35.2％，PR为49.6％，全部治疗未发生明显不良反应。疗后1、2、3年生存率分别为95.4％、86.0％、62.1％，复发率分别为1.9％、12.8％、24.1％。结论：HIFU可明显改善中晚期膀胱癌的血尿和局部疼痛症状，HIFU可作为浸润性膀胱肿瘤的一种新的无创治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of HIFU for infiltritive bladder tumors Methods 117 patients with infiltritive bladder tumors were treated with FEP-BY01 therapier Results 35 2% 0f in-bladder tumors were complete remission and 49 6% were partial remission 3 months after treatment There was no serous side effect happened The survial rate of 1?2?3 years after HIFU were 95 4%?86 0%?62 1% respectively,and relapse rate 1 9%?12 8%?24 1% respectively Conclusions The symptoms of hematuria and pain in patients with infiltritive bladder tumors can be remitted remarkably by HIFU,HIFU is a new kind of no traumatic and effective method for infiltritive bladder tumors |
