儿童齿铅与智商关系流行病学研究

为探讨铅对儿童神经系统的影响。本研究在国首次用齿铅作为儿童体内铅负荷指标，以韦克斯勒学龄前儿童智力量表修订版测得的智商作为智力发育效应指标，研究了学龄前儿童龄 铅与智商的关系，并对可能影响智能商其它混杂因素进行问卷调查。

Epidemiologial Study on the Relationship Between the Tooth Lead and Intelligence Quotient of the Children

To research the effects of lead on the nervous system,tooth lead (PbT) was selected as the indicator of the lead expsoure and the intelligence quotient(IQ) tested by Wechesler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence (WPPSI) was selected as the marker of the children's intelligence.The relation of PbT and IQ was studied and others confounding factors of the children's IQ were also acquired from the questionnaires of their parents.The results showed:by the bivariate correlation analysis,PbT was significaltly related to the sub tests,such as maze,arithmatic,stock disigen,total IQ and verbal IQ ( P<0 05 ),but not to the performance IQ and other sub tests ( P>0 05 ).By the multi factors analysis,the negative effect of the lead weakened to no significance after the Following variates,such as parents' education,father's occupation,the age of mother's birth giving and the parents' careness to their children,entered the equation ( P>0 05 )
