| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的有效方法。方法 A组42例,伐昔洛韦0.3g,1次/d;B组41例,阿昔洛韦0.4g,2次/d;C组37例,阿昔洛韦0.4g,转移因子6mg,2次/d,疗程均为6个月。结果各组复发率分别为23.80%,29.30%,18.90%,各组间差异无统计学意义。结论采用6个月抑制疗法治疗生殖器疱疹,可有效控制复发。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effective methods treating recurrent genital herpes.Methods In group A 42 cases were given valaciclovir orally 0.3g,once a day. In group B 41 cases were given acyclovir orally 0.4g,twice a day. In group C 37 cases were given acyclovir orally 0.4g and transfer factor 6mg twice a day. Each course of the treating were 6 months.Results The recurrence rates were 23.80%,29.30%,18.90% respectively,and there was no significient difference among the groups.Conclusion The method of inhibiting treatment with 6 months is effective and may control the recurrence. |
