Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂水平及其临床意义

目的：探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血脂水平与血管并发症的关系。方法：采用免疫透射比浊法及酶法、分别测定空腹血糖（FPG）、胆固醇（CH）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL－C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL－C）、载脂蛋白（apo)A1及apoB。结果：糖尿病患者FPG、CH、TG、LDL－C及apoB水平与健康对照组比较均具有显著升高（P＜0．05）；糖尿病血管并发症组FPG、CH、TG及LDL－C的水平与无血管并发症组比较也有显著升高（P＜0．05）。结论：Ⅱ型糖尿病患者普遍继发血脂代谢紊乱等危险性因素，提示在临床治疗中应早期采取针对性预防措施。

The Level of Fasting Plasma Glucose,Serum Lipids and Its Clinical Significance in Type 2 Diabetics

Objective:To study the relationship between the level of serum lipids and the prevalence of vascular complications in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods:The fasting plasma glucose(FPG),cholesterol(CH),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL_C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL_C),apolipoprotein A1(apoA1) and apoB of patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus were measured a Behring nephelometor using monoclonal antisera and an enzyme end.Results:Compared with the control group,FPG,CH, TG,LDL_C and apoB were obviously increased in diabetes mellitus group( P <0 05);Compared with the diabetic patients without vascular complications group, FPG, CH, TG and LDL_C were obviously increased in diabetic vascular complications group( P <0 05).Conclusion:The type 2 diabetic patients were commonly complicated with lipids matablism disturbance and other risk factors. It is suggested that atherosclerotic cardiac disease should be prevented early duing the clinical treatment of diabetes mellitus.
