短小棒状杆菌与顺铂胸腔注射对恶性胸腔积液疗效的对比研究

目的评价短小棒状杆菌和顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效及安全性。方法可评价疗效的恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组20例，采用单J管持续胸腔引流后注人短小棒状杆菌，每周一次共2次。对照组18例，采用单J管持续胸腔引流后注入顺铂，每周一次共2次。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为50．0％和55．6％（P=0．732），差异无统计学意义。治疗组的Ⅰ～Ⅱ度中性粒细胞减少发生率（35．0％）低于对照组（61．1％）。治疗组发热发生率（55．0％）明显高于对照组（11．1％）。治疗组胃肠反应发生率（15．0％）明显低于对照组（44．4％），以上三者差异均有统计学意义。两组患者各项生活质量评分差异无统计学意义。结论短小棒状杆菌治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效确切，患者耐受性良好，为恶性胸腔积液的治疗提供了一种新的选择。

A randomized trial comparing corynbacterium paruum versus cisplatin for the treatment of patients with malignant hydroperichestcavity
