| 摘 要： | 目的:介绍应用VX2细胞株制作兔移植性肝肿瘤模型,探讨兔VX2肝肿瘤模型在肝肿瘤实验研究中的应用价值。方法:VX2肿瘤细胞株接种于18只新西兰大白兔肝脏内。2周后将18只兔随机分为三组,分别用螺旋CT、B型超声、DSA检查肝脏,观察肿瘤生长情况。然后将其处死,进行病理学对照。结果:18只兔VX2肿瘤肝脏接种成功率100％,三种方法随访观察准确率为100％,没有出现假阳性和假阴性。结论:三种方法均可观察VX2肿瘤模型之肝脏病灶,均可应用于VX2肿瘤模型制作后的实验。

| Abstract: | Objective: to study the way to prepare rabbit model with VX2 carcinoma in liver, which could be used in the experimental interventional radiology. Methods: Eighteen New - Zealand white rabbits were inoculated with VX2 carcinoma in the liver by laparotomy implantation. The rabbits were divided into 3 groups(6 in each group) , which were examinated by helical CT, ultrasound and DSA respectively 14 days later. And the animals were sacrificed for pathological study . Results: Eighteen rabbits were inoculated VX2 carcinoma in liver successfully. All CT, ultrasound and DSA could showed lesions clearly. Conclusion:Transplanted VX2 liver tumor in the rabbit is an acceptable experimental liver tumor model. CT,ultrasound and DSA all can be used in investigation of the liver VX2 carcinoma with a satisfactory result. |
