高频电刀焦化处理神经残端预防痛性神经瘤的临床研究

目的探讨高频电刀焦化处理神经残端在预防痛性神经瘤形成中的价值。方法选择截肢截指病例98例,随机分为两组各49例,分别采用高频电刀焦化处理神经残端和锐刀切断两种方法预防痛性神经瘤形成,随访3个月至5年对患者的疼痛程度进行观察。结果研究组仅有2例轻度疼痛,疼痛发生率为4.1%;对照组2例重度疼痛,7例中度疼痛,轻度疼痛5例,疼痛发生率为28.6%。研究组疼痛发生率明显低于对照组,两组差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论高频电刀焦化处理神经残端能够有效预防痛性神经瘤形成。

Clinical Study on the Preventive Effect of High Frequency Electro Scalpel in Nerve Stump on Painful Neuroma

Objective To study the effect of high frequency electro scalpel in nerve stump on painful neuromao Methods 98 cases with amputation,From March 2004 to July 2009 ,were randomly divided into two groups, high-frequency electro scalpel in nerve stump was adopted for experiment group, and sharp knife cut off for control group. All cases were followed-up with clinical observation. Results Only 2 cases had mild pain in experimental group and the occurrence rate of pain was 4.1% ;2 cases had severe pain,7 cases had moderate pain in control group, the occurrence rate of pain was 28.6%, higher than experiment group, and there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion High frequency electro scalpel in nerve stump can effective prevent the formation of painful neuroma.
