| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小肠内排列术治疗粘连性肠梗阻的疗效。方法对26例粘连性肠梗阻患者实施M-A管小肠内排列术,均逆行排列,观察治愈情况及并发症发生情况。结果所有患者均获得治愈,未复发。有7例术后发生炎性肠梗阻,3例术后发生肠瘘,2例拔管时发生M-A管破裂。结论小肠内排列术治疗粘连性肠梗阻疗效好,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the efficacy of intestinal tabulation placation in the treatment of patients with with adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods 26 patients operated with Miller-Abbot （M-A） tube, were studied retrospectively. Retrograde procedure was performed in all cases. Results All the patients were cured and followed up for 1 - 5 years, no obstruction recurred. Some cases occurred postoperative complications, including is worthy inflammatory intestinal obstruction,intestinal fistula, rupture of M-A tube. Conclusion This operation to be popularized for its simplicity, high efficacy and reliability. |
