摘    要:目的探讨PICK1蛋白在伏隔核突触传递中的作用。方法大鼠分为正常组和PICK1抑制剂(FSC231)组。采用细胞外场电位方法记录在体大鼠伏隔核基础突触传递(fEPSP)、双波异化(PPF)和输入输出曲线。结果正常组和PICK1抑制剂(FSC231)组相比,伏隔核fEPSP、PPF和输入输出曲线无显著性差异。结论抑制PICK1活性对伏隔核突触传递无明显影响。

Effect of PICK1 on Synaptic Transmission in Nucleus Accumben

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of PICK1 protein on synaptic transmission in nucleus accumbens(NAc).Methods Male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into two groups: normal control group and PICK1 inhibitor group(FSC231).fEPSP,PPF and In-Out curve were recorded by in vivo electrophysiological recording in NAc.Results Compared with normal control group,fEPSP,PPF and In-Out curve had no obvious change in FSC231 group.Conclusion Inhibited the activity of PICK1 can not affect the synaptic transmission in NAc.
