支气管哮喘与过敏性鼻炎发病关系探讨

目的：探讨气道反应性测定在支气管哮喘与过敏性鼻炎发病关系中的临床价值。方法：应用日本CHEST公司生产的气道反应测定仪（Astograph TCK-6100H)，对哮喘，鼻炎和对照组30例进行了非特异性支气管激发试验，通过呼吸阻力的变化测定气道反应性，根据剂量反应曲线计算和分析气道敏感性。结果：哮喘组气道反应性增高为93．3％（28／30），鼻炎组73．3％（22／0），对照组10％（3／30），呼吸阻力水平各组间比较，哮喘组和鼻炎组与对照组有极显著性差异（P＜0．01），结论：哮喘和鼻炎患者均存在气道高反应性，表明支气管哮喘和过敏性鼻炎的发病有密切关系。

ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN BRONCHIAL ASTHMA AND ALLERGIC RHINITIS

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of airway reactivity examination to the relationship between bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis.Methods:The respiratory resistance to inhalation of atomized normal saline was measured in different groups(30 cases in asthmatic group,30 cases in rhinitis group and 30 cases in control group)with airway reactivity apparatus (Astograph TCK 6100H produced by CHEST company in Japan).The airway sensitivity was calculated and analyzed according to dose response curve.Results:The airway reactivity increased by 93 3% in asthmatic group,73 3% in rhinitis group,and 10% in control group.Breathing resistance increased significantly in asthmatic group and rhinitis group compared with that in control group( P <0 01).Conclusion:Bronchial asthma is closely correlated with allergic rhinitis.
