| 摘 要： | 目的评价急性左心衰伴肺水肿患者机械通气治疗的效果。方法30例急性左心衰伴肺水肿患者，采用气管插管、机械通气为主治疗，经口插管14例，经鼻插管16例。观察上机后pH、PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2、R、HR、CVP各项指标。结果25例患者在机械通气1h内肺部罗音明显减少或消失，pH、PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2、R、HR各项指标比通气前有较大的改善，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论气管插管、机械通气能够及时有效的缓解急性左心衰伴肺水肿所致的低氧血症和高碳酸血症，是抢救重症急性左心衰伴肺水肿发作的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of a-cutc left heart failure accompanied by pulmonary edema. Methods 30 patients with acute left heart failure accompanied by pulmonary edema were treated with mechanical ventilation at correct time besides other conventional therapy. Results 25 patients were improved remarkablely in symptoms. Analysis of blood gas showed that pH,PaO2 ,Pa-CO2, SaO2, R, HR changed significantly (P < 0. 05 or 0.01). Conclusion Respiratory rate is much better than before. Conclusion prompt mechanical ventilation is an effective method in successfully rescuing patients with acute left heart failure accompanied by pulmonary edema. |
