摘    要:目的通过我国对某海上油田的职业病危害控制效果评价,分析油田各系统的工艺特征,识别存在的职业病危害因素。方法依据《工业企业设计卫生标准》《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》等标准,采用定量检测、检验、检查表及综合分析等方法进行评价。结果作业现场空气中有毒物质浓度均处于较低水平。其中,中控初级操作工接触非甲烷总烃的TWA浓度为2.0×10^0mg/m^3,STEL浓度为8.9×10^1mg/m^3,外委维修工接触电焊烟尘的TWA浓度为1.6×10^0mg/m^3,STEL浓度为4.7×10^0mg/m^3;生产性噪声及高温超出卫生标准。其中,初级动力工和初级机械工接触噪声的40h等效声级分别达到98.4和96.1dB(A)。结论该油田总体评价结果符合国家卫生标准要求,但在噪声和高温方法需要重点加强作业人员个体防护,从而保护劳动者健康。

Control Effect of Occupational Hazards in Offshore Oilfield Project

Abstract:Objective To analyze technical character of oilfield productive system,and determine the occupational hazards factors generated operation process and the practical conditions through assessment of occupational hazards control effect on offshore oilfield project in the South China Sea. Methods In terms of the standards of Hygienic standards for the Design of Industrial Enterprises and Specifications of Air Sampling for Hazardous Substances Monitoring in the Workplace,the assessment methods included quantity detection,inspection,checklist and general analysis. Results The concentration of toxic substance in the air was in a range of low level. The TWA concentration of the non-methane hydrocarbon (NMHC) exposed to the primary operators was 2.0×10^0 mg/m^3,and the STEL concentration of NMHC was 8.9×10^1 mg/m^3. The TWA concentration of the welding fume exposed to the maintenance worker was 1.6×10^0 mg/m^3,and the STEL concentration was 4.7×10^0 mg/m^3. The noise and heat stress exceeded the national allowable limits. The 40 hours equivalent noise levels of the primary power worker and mechanic worker were 98.4 dB(A) and 96.1 dB(A). Conclusion The oilfield overall assessment results are in accord with the occupational standards,but the personal protective equipments need to be enhanced so as to protect workers’ health and promote enterprise continuous and stead development.
