摘    要:目的建立同时测定保健食品中大豆异黄酮多种组分的高效液相色谱法。方法样品中的大豆异黄酮采用甲醇+水提取,经C18柱分离,在紫外检测器254nm波长处检测。结果此方法的回收率为91.9%~102.0%,RSD为2.5%。结论此方法操作简单,准确可靠,为保健食品中大豆异黄酮含量的检测提供参考。

Simultaneous Detection of Multi - Ingredients of Soybean Isoflavone in Health Food by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract:Objective To establish the method to detect the contents of soybean isoflavone in health food with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods Soybean isoflavone was extracted with methyl alcohol and water. Sample was isolated by C18 pillar, and was detected with 254 nm wavelength of ultraviolet detector. Results The recovery rate of the method was 91.9% - 102. 0% ,and RSD was 2. 5%. Conclusion The method is simple to operate and the result is exact and reliable. The method will provide the reference for content detection of soybean isoflavones in health food.
