摘    要:目的对某高炉煤气综合利用热电厂职业病危害控制效果评价。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查等方法进行综合分析。结果该建设项目粉尘检测点TWA、STEL合格率分别为93.75%和78.13%,噪声检测点合格率为81.4%,高温作业点WBGT指数≥26.6℃,毒物和工频电场强度均符合标准。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制效果基本合格,但需在粉尘、噪声防护方面进行必要的整改。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate control effect of occupational hazards for the workplace of the power plant that utilizes gas and inferior coal as fuel. Methods The methods of field investigation health monitoring and occupational health surveillance were carried out. Results The qualified rates of TWA and STEL for dust were 93.75% and 78.13% ; the qualified rate of noise was 81.4% ;the index of WBGT was ≥26. 6℃ ;values of poisonous chemicals and electric field intensity met the national standards. Conclusion The protective measures on occupational disease in the construction project are basically eligible. But it is indispensable to ameliorate the technical measures of controlling dust and noise.
