旋风式采样头预捕集器的设计研究

摘    要:目的设计符合我国呼吸性粉尘采样曲线——BMRC曲线的旋风式预捕集器。方法将旋风除尘器的理论设计方法应用到旋风式预捕集器的设计中,使用Baah、Leith计算公式设计出符合要求的预捕集器。结果使用Baah、Leith计算公式设计出的旋风式预捕集器的基准尺寸——简体直径分别为9.2mm、8.7mm。结论根据两种公式的计算结果将筒体直径确定为9mm并进行相关检验证实该预捕集器的设计符合相关标准的要求。

Abstract:Objective To design the cyclone separator of cyclone sampling head, which conforms to our country's dust sampling curve - BMRC curve. Methods The cyclone dust extractor's theoretical design method was applied in the design of cyclone separator, and Barth, Leith formula were used to design cyclone separator. Results The tube body diameter was 9. 2 mm and 8. 7 mm, respectively ,which were designed by Barth and Leith formula. Conclusion According to two kinds of formula's computed results, the tube body diameter determination is 9 mm, which can meet the related standard requirements basically.
