摘 要: | 目的识别和分析某公司硫酸粘菌素、麦迪霉素原料药建设项目职业病危害因素并进行控制效果评价。方法收集该建设项目的相关资料,采用现场职业卫生学调查、工程分析和职业病危害因素检测,结合检查表法对该项目进行分析与评价。结果该项目生产过程中存在粉尘、毒物、高温、噪声等多种职业病危害因素。粉尘、异丙醇、乙酸丁酯TWA最大值分别为1.73、2.81、2.77mg/m^3,异丙醇、乙酸丁酯、硫酸STEL最大值分别为51.60、88.70、0.099mg/m^3,氢氧化钠、盐酸MAC分别为0.094、3.92mg/m^3,WBGT指数为28.2~31.1℃,均符合职业接触限值要求;40h等效声级为57.9~89.8dB(A),合格率91.7%。结论本建设项目存在的职业病危害因素可以有效控制,但需进一步完善个别工作场所噪声的控制措施。

Abstract: | Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazard factors in the construction project of veterinary material drug of colistin sulphate and midecamycin and control effect of occupational hazards. Methods The methods of collection data, field investigation of occupational health, engineering analysis and detection of occupational risk factors were applied. Results The occupational risk factors were dust, poisons, high temperature and noise. The maximum values of TWA for grain dust, isopropyl alcohol and butyl acetate were 1.73, 2. 81,2. 77 mg/m^3 ,respectively. Maximum values of STEL for isopropyl alcohol, butyl acetate, and sulfuric acid were 51.60, 88.70, 0. 099 mg/m^3, respectively. MAC for sodium hydroxide and chlorhydric acid were 0. 094 ,3.92 mg/m^3, respectively. The WBGT indexes were from 28.2℃ to 31. 1℃. All detection values were less than occupational exposure limits. Normalization of equivalent continuous A - weighted sound pressure levels to a nominal 40 h working week were from 57.9 dB to 89. 8 dB, which qualifted rate was 91.7%. Conclusion The occupational hazard factors in the construction project could be effectively prevented, but the facility for controlling noise in some workplace should be improved. |
