摘    要:目的对某炼钢厂职业病危害控制效果进行评价。方法通过职业卫生学调查和现场检测,对建设项目进行评价。结果该建设项目的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施、个人使用的防护用品、职业卫生管理、辅助用室等基本符合国家有关法规要求;生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素为:粉尘、毒物、噪声、高温及热辐射、工频电场。噪声、粉尘、高温的合格率分别为:79%、94%、31%,其他危害因素的合格率为100%。结论该项目职业卫生防护设施基本齐全,职业病危害控制效果合格。

Control Effect of Occupational Hazards in Steel Rolling and Steel Making Workplaces

Abstract:Objective To assess the control effect of occupational risk in the steel plant. Methods According to national standards, risk factors of the occupational diseases in the construction project were evaluated by the methods of investigation and spot determination. Results Contents of the project including selections of sites, the overall layout, the arrangement and layout of facilities, occupational disease prevention and protection measures, and the facilities of auxiliary rooms accorded with the requirements of laws and regulations of occupational health. The main occupational risk factors in the project were dust, poisonous chemicals, noise, high temperature, heat radiation and power frequency electric fields. Qualified rates of noise, dust and high temperature were 79% , 94% and 31%, respectively , others were 100%. Conclusion The protective measures on occupational diseases in the construction project are relatively effective and feasible. Occupational hazards control effect is eligible.
