摘    要:目的建立用原子荧光光度法对生活饮用水中砷和硒进行同时分析的方法。方法采用双道原子荧光光度计、砷、硒高性能空心阴极灯等,在含砷10 ng/ml、含硒20 ng/ml的体系中进行。结果砷、硒的检出限分别为0.0088 ng/ml、0.02 ng/ml;回收率砷95.5%~101.4%、硒94.5%~100.6%;相对标准偏差砷在1.7%~4.2%之间、硒在2.7%~7.8%之间。线性范围砷在1.0~10.0 ng/ml浓度范围内,相关系数0.9998;硒在2.0~20.0 ng/ml浓度范围内,相关系数0.9993。测定结果与GB/T5750-2006测定水样中砷和硒的结果比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论此方法简化了测定砷和硒的操作步骤,缩短了检验时间,具有灵敏度高,稳定性强等优点。

Simultaneous Determination of Arsenic and Selenium in Water by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrum

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for simultaneously analyzing arsenic and selenium in water by atomic fluorescence spectrum. Methods Double-path atomic fluorescence spectrum was used to analyze arsenic and selenium in water simultaneously. Results The detection limits of arsenic and selenium with the method were 0. 008 8 ng/ml and 0. 02 ng/ml; The recovery rates were 95.5 % - 101.4% for arsenic and 94. 5% - 100. 6% for selenium; relative standard deviations were 1.7% -4. 2% for arsenic and 2. 7% -7.8% for selenium. There was good correlation coefficient (0. 999 8) of arsenic in concentration range of 1.0 -10.0 ng/mL There was good correlation coefficient (0. 999 3) of selenium in concentration range of 2. 0 - 20.0 ng/ml. There was no significant difference between the detection values obtained by this method and national standard method ( GB/T 5750 - 2006) ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The method both simplifies the operation process and reduces detection time.
