| 摘 要： | 目的提高丹参舒心胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别丹参药材，高效液相色谱法测定丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。结果在薄层色谱中检出丹参酮ⅡA，斑点清晰，重现性好。丹参酮ⅡA在0．0,4～0．20μg范围内，具有良好的线性关系（r=0．99997）。平均回收率为99．5％，RSD为1．3％（n=6）。结论本文建立的薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法简便，准确，可供本品质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality control standards for danshenshuxin capsule. Methods Danshen were identified by TLC, and the content of tanshinone ⅡA was determined by HPLC. Results The TLC sports developed was fairly clear, the HPLC method showed good repeatability , and the average recovery rate of tanshinone Ⅱ A was 99.5% with RSD 1.3 % （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and can effectively control quality of the samples. |
