电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定保健食品中的硒

摘    要:目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP—MS)测定富硒保健食品中硒元素的方法。方法以市售富硒保健食品为研究对象,样品经高压微波消解处理后,应用ICP—MS测定其中硒元素含量。结果本研究方法测定的硒元素的标准曲线线性相关系数为0.9999;加标回收率范围在99.40%-100.15%;检出限为0.078μg/L;相对标准偏差范围在0.91%~2.65%。结论该方法具有快速、简便、灵敏、准确的优点,适用于保健食品中硒元素的测定。

Determination of Selenium in Health Food by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

Abstract:Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP - MS) method for determination of selenium (Se) in Se - enriched health food. Methods ICP - MS was adopted to determine Se element in Se - enriched healthy food sold in market after microwave digestion. Results The correlative coefficients of the calibration curve was 0. 999 9 ,recoveries of standard addition were 99.40% - 100. 15% with the RSD of 0. 91% - 2.65%. The detection limit was 0. 078 μg/l. Conclusion The method has the advantages of speediness, simplicity, accuracy, sensitivity,it is suitable for determination of Se in health food.
