摘    要:目的分析某压力容器制造厂生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,确定职业病危害关键控制点。方法采用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法进行识别和分析。结果该厂产生噪声、粉尘、化学毒物、电离辐射、高温和工频电磁场等职业病危害因素。现场检测各岗位噪声强度76.2~106.0dB(A),超标率为83%;电焊烟尘浓度0.2~19.8mg/m^3,超标率为33%;锰及其化合物、三氧化铬、高温等也存在超标情况,其他职业病危害因素的浓度或强度均符合国家规定的职业接触限值。结论该厂职业病危害因素较复杂,应从职业病危害发生的关键控制部位加强防治工作。

Identification on Occupational Hazards and Analysis of Key Control Points in Pressure Vessel Plant

Abstract:Objective To analyze the occupational hazards and key control points in the pressure vessel plant. Methods The methods of occupational hygiene investigation , detection and medical examination were applied. Results The occupational hazard factors that existed in the pressure vessel plant were dust, noise, chemicals, ionizing radiation, high temperature and electromagnetic field. Field monitoring showed that noise intensities ranged from 76.2 dB (A) to 106. 0 dB(A) with a exceeding rate of 83%. Concentration of welding dust ranged from 0. 2 mg/m^3 to 19. 8 mg/m^3 with a exceeding rate of 33%. Concentrations of manganese and inorganic compounds, chromium trioxide and heat stress levels exceeded the exposure limits. The other occupational hazard factors met occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The occupational hazards are complex and the protection measures should be strengthened to control them.
