摘    要:目的识别、评价、控制某锅炉公司产品结构调整项目可能产生的职业病危害因素。方法依据《工业企业设计卫生标准》《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》采用现场调查、现场检测、定量分析的方法进行评价。结果该项目生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、毒物、噪声,各种因素检测结果均符合国家卫生标准的要求,其中电焊烟尘TwA,STEL分别为1.3~3.7、1.6~4.4mg/m^3,其他粉尘TWA、STEL分别为2.1~2.4、2.6~2.9mg/m^3,NO2、CO、二氧化锰均低于国家限值。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,但职业病危害控制措施有效、可行。

Abstract:Objective To identify and assess occupational risk factors possibly existed in the project of adjusting boiler product structure. Methods According to Hygienic Standards for the Design of Industrial Enterprises and Specifications of Air Sampling for Hazardous Substances Monitoring on the Workplace, the project was evaluated by the methods of field investigation, field detection and quantitalive analysis . Results The main occupational risk factors in the project were dusts, chemical poisons and noise. Concentrations (intensities) of all occupational risk factors accorded with the requirements of the national standards. TWAs and STELs for electric welding dust were 1.3 - 3.7 mg/m^3 and 1.6 - 4. 4 mg/ m^3 ,TWAs and STELs for other dusts were 2. 1 -2. 4 mg/m^3 and 2. 6 -2. 9 mg/m^3 ,the values of NO2 ,CO and MnO2 were below the national allowable limits. Conclusion The project has serious oeeupationalhazard. The protective measures on occupational diseases in the construction project are feasible and effective.
