摘    要:目的探讨某催化剂厂马来酸酐催化剂项目职业病危害控制效果,确定其主要的职业病危害因素及危害程度,评价相应防护措施的效果。方法通过收集相关资料、现场职业卫生学调查和职业危害因素检测,采用定量分级法进行综合评价。结果操作工人接触的磷酸、五氧化二钒、异丁醇和粉尘浓度均未超过国家和相关标准规定的职业接触限值;工人接触的8h等效声级为67.8dB(A),未超过国家规定的卫生限值。该建设项目的总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病危害因素检测结果、职业病防护设施、个人使用的防护用品、职业卫生管理等基本符合国家有关法规要求。结论该建设项目职业病危害防护设施完善可行。

Abstract:Objective To explore the control effect of occupational hazards in the maleic anhydride project of the catalyst factory, confirm the occupational hazard factors and the level and evaluate preventive measures. Methods Information collection, field investigation and detection were carried out and the project was evaluated by quantitative classification. Results Concentrations of phosphoric acid, vanadium pentoxide, isobutyl alcohol and dust were all below the limits of national standards. Equivalent sound level of 8 hours was 67. 8 dB(A) ,below the limit of national standards. The general layout, installation layout, detection results of the hazard factors, occupational preventive apparatus, individual preventive supplies and occupational hygienic management of the project basically measured up to the relevant state laws and regulations. Conclusion The results of field investigation and detection show that occupational preventive facilities of the project are feasible.
