马来酸桂哌齐特治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效观察

目的观察马来酸桂哌齐特治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法。选择发病48h内的脑梗死患者122例，随机分为治疗组66例和对照组56例。治疗组给予马来酸桂哌齐特注射液320mg，对照组给予尼莫地平8mg，均加入加5％葡萄糖注射液500mL中静脉滴注，1次·d^-1，连用14d。结果治疗组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为90．9％和71．4％（P〈0．01）；2组治疗14d后NDS评分均有明显改善（P〈0．05），治疗28d后有显著改善（P〈0．01）；与治疗前比较，治疗后2组血液流变学均有明显改善（P〈0．05），但治疗组尤为显著（P〈0．01）。结论马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著，值得临床进一步研究和推广。

Cinepazide maleate for acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Cinepazide maleate injection on acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and twenty-two patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into a cinepazide group and a control group. The cinepazide group of 66 patients received cinepazide infection 320 mg ＋ 5% glucose injection 500 ml, ivgtt, qd×14 d. The control group of 56 patients received nimodipine 8 mg ＋ 5% glucose iniection 500 ml, ivgtt, qd×14 d. Results The total effective rate in the cinepazide group （90. 9%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （71.4%）, showing a remarkable difference in the curative efficacy between the 2 groups （P〈 0.01）. In the 2 groups, score of neurologic impairment clinical degree was improved after 14 d. （P〈0. 05）, and it was improved obviously after 28 d. （P〈0.01）. Haemorheology improved obviously compared with pretreatment of the 2 groups （P〈0.05）, but the cinepazide group was more significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Cinepazide injection is effective and safe for acute cerebral infarction in the early stage.
