| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨游离型腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2007年1月-2008年3月诊治的17例游离型腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料，所有患者随访超过12个月。结果根据Maenab疗效评定标准，总体优良率15／17，2例患者马尾神经功能不能完全恢复。结论游离型腰椎间盘突出症早期诊断后，应选择合适术式。手术彻底解除神经根的压迫，是减少术后并发症和防止神经根变性致不可逆损伤的重要措施。
