食管癌组织中nm23-H1、CD44V6蛋白表达与区域淋巴结转移的关系

摘    要:目的 研究食管癌组织中nm23-H1、CD44V6蛋白表达与食管癌区域淋巴结转移的关系。方法 应用流式细胞仪定量分析55例食管癌组织中nm23-H1、CD44V6蛋白的表达,同时检测DNA倍体状态。结果 有区域淋巴结转移组nm23-H1蛋白表达低于无转移组,而D44V6蛋白表达高于无转移组(均P<0.05);异倍体率与淋巴结转移及nm23-H1、CD44V6蛋白表达均无关(P>0.05),增殖活性与淋巴结转移及nm23-H1、CD44V6蛋白表达均相关(P<0.05)。食管癌组织中nm23-H1蛋白表达与CD44V6蛋白表达无关(P>0.05)。结论 nm23和CD44基因在食管癌的发展转移中起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the relation between nm23 H1,CD44V6 protein expression and local lymph node metastases in esophageal carcinoma.Methods Flow cytometry was used to analyze nm23 H1,CD44V6 protein expression and DNA ploidy in 55 esophageal tumor tissues.Results nm23 H1 protein expression in local lymph node metastatic tumors was lower but CD44V6 protein expression was higher than that in free lymph node metastases group( P <0.05).Aneuploid ratios wasn't related with lymph node metastases and nm23 H1,CD44V6 protein expression ( P >0.05),but cellular proliferation activity had correlations with local lymph node metastases and nm23 H1,CD44V6 protein expression ( P <0.05).There was no relationship between nm23 H1 and CD44V6 protein expression of esophageal carcinoma tissues ( P >0.05).Conclusion These results suggest that nm23 and CD44 genes play an important role in the tumor development and metastases of esophageal carcinoma.The detection of nm23 protein expression and CD44 plus DNA ploidy could improve the objectivity and accuracy of experimental research.
