围术期快速康复护理在肱骨髁上骨折患儿中的应用

目的:探讨围术期快速康复护理在肱骨髁上骨折患儿中的应用价值。方法:随机抽样法选取2016年9月至2018年9月该院肱骨髁上骨折患儿88例。随机数字表法分为对照组(采用围术期常规护理)和观察组(采用围术期快速康复护理),各44例。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组术后肛门排气时间、排便时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月,观察组关节功能恢复优良率(93.18%)高于对照组(72.73%),观察组并发症发生率(4.55%)低于对照组(20.45%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肱骨髁上骨折患儿围术期应用快速康复护理可促进术后尽快恢复,改善关节功能,减少相关并发症。

Application of perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing for children with supracon-dylar fracture of humerus

Objective To explore the application value of perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing for chil-dren with supracondylar fracture of humerus.Methods A total of 88 children with supracondylar fracture of humeruswere randomly selected from September 2016 to September 2018 in this hospital.The children were divided into controlgroup(with perioperative routine nursing)and observation group(with perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing)byrandom number table method,with 44 cases each.The effects of intervention were compared betwcen the two groups.ResultsThe postoperative anal exhaust time,defecation time and hospitalization time in the observation group wereshorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Six months afterthe operation,the rate of good and good joint function recovery in the observation group(93.18%)was higher than thatin the control group(72.73%),and the incidence of complications in the observation group(4.55%)was lower thanthat in the control group(20.45%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe perioper-ative application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in children with supracondylar fracture of humerus can promole postopera-tive recovery as soon as possible,improve joint function and reduce related complications.
