Application effect of individualized nursing care in patients with perianal infectionand fever in leukemia myelosuppressive stage

Objective To explpre the application effect of individualized nursing in patients with perianal in-fection and fever in leukemia myelosuppressive stage.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,122 patientswith leukemia at the myelosuppression stage who were lrealed in Wuhan Central Hospital Affiliated to Tongji MedicalCollege of Huazhong Unviersity of Science and'Technology were selected and were divided into the experimental groupand the control group according to the random number table method,6l cases of each group.The control group was giv-en routine drug therapy and routine nursing measures,while the experimental group was given clinical individualizednursing on this basis.The normal life ability,length of hospital stay,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and perianalinfection and fever were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the normal life ability of the experi-mental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the length of hospital stay was signifi-cantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of diet control,taking medicine on time,mentalhealth and social function were all higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the ex-perimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The perianal infection and fever in the experi-mental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe nursing effect of clinical personal-ized nursing care for leukemia myelosuppression period of patients with perianal infection and fever is significant.It is aneffective nursing method to prevent perianal infection and fever during the period of leukemia myelosuppression,whichnot only alleviates the suffering of patients,but also improves the quality of life of patients.
