膀胱癌与癌前病变细胞核DNA的测定及临床意义

目的：探讨膀胱移行细胞癌Ⅰ级和癌前病变移行细胞乳头状瘤的性质及其生物学行为，为临床进一步治疗和预后判断提供病理学依据。方法：应用流式细胞术和细胞图像光度术测量和分析膀胱移行细胞癌Ⅰ级与移行细胞乳头状瘤细胞核DNA含量和倍体增殖状态，进行比较研究。结果：50倒膀胱移行细胞癌Ⅰ级细胞核DNA含量和异多倍体出现率较膀胱移行细胞乳头状瘤高1～3倍多。结论：测定膀胱移行细胞癌Ⅰ级与膀胱移行细胞乳头状瘤的细胞核DNA含量及倍体测定可作为膀胱肿瘤生物学行为和预后判断的重要指标。

Determination of DNA in Caryon of Carcinoma of Urinary Bladder and Precancerous Lesion and Its Significance

Objective: To explore the quality and biological behaviour of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder and precan-cerous lesion transitional cell papilary of the bladder. Methods: Comparison was conducted between transitional cell cacinoma of the bladder and transitional cell papilary of the bladder in the content of DNA and alloploid proliferation state measured by flow cell count and cytophotometry. Results: The content of DNA and incidence rate of allopoly ploid in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder were one to three times higher than those of transitional cell papilary of the bladder. Conclusion: The determination of the content of DNA and alloplioid can be the important index of transitional cell carcinoma and papilary of the bladder biological behaviour and prognosis judgement.
