| 摘 要： | 报告一例病窦患者在缓慢心律的基础上出现显著的QT间期延长而发生扭转型室速,最后导致室颤而猝死。初步证实有复极延迟的多型性室速可引起扭转型室速。认为最佳治疗为临时起搏,其频率要以QT间期缩短到正常范围为有效指标。

| Abstract: | A fifty-one years old female patient having sick sinus syndrome with long Q-T interval developed paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia and torsade de poiates, died fifteen and half hours later because of ventricular fibrillation. The paroxysmal"torsion"ventricular tachycardia seemed to be developed from polymorphous ventricular tachycadia with long Q-T inter- val. Through application of temporary pacemaker the authors emphasize the importance of.having the Q-T interval be reduced to normal as the effective index for adjustment of the pacing rate. |
