| 摘 要： | 目的评价盐酸非索非那定片间歇疗法治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的疗效。方法采用随机、开放和对照的临床试验法。治疗组予口服非索非那定片120mg,隔日1次;对照1组予口服非索非那定片120mg,1次/d;对照2组予口服氯雷他定片10mg,1次/d。分别于用药后第1,2,4和8周时观察疗效。结果治疗后第1,2,4和8周时治疗组有效率分别是41.38%,55.17%,72.41%和89.66%;对照1组分别是66.67%,79.17%,75.00%和87.50%;对照2组分别是68.00%,68.00%,84.00%和84.00%,3组患者的有效率和治疗指数在第1周时比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),在治疗第2,4和8周时比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论非索非那定片间歇疗法治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的疗效与非索非那定片和氯雷他定片连续服的疗效相当。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of the fexofenadine intermittent therapy on the senile pruritus(SP) of the elder. Methods The patients was selected by random, open method and the control group was available.
