| 摘 要： | 目的观察5-氨基酮戊酸-红光光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)联合冷冻治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效与安全性。方法将95例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为三组,治疗组(33例)采用ALA-PDT联合冷冻治疗,ALA-PDT组(31例)采用ALA-PDT治疗,冷冻组(31例)采用液氮冷冻方法治疗。每周复诊1次,在4周内,治疗次数最多不超过4次。在末次治疗后第4,8和12周观察有无复发病例,并观察不良反应。末次治疗后12周进行治愈率评估。结果治疗组、ALA-PDT组及冷冻组疣体清除率分别为100%,83.87%和100%(P>0.05);末次治疗后12周进行治愈率评估,治疗组(90.91%)与ALA-PDT组(58.06%)和冷冻组(51.61%)治愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ALA-PDT联合冷冻治疗较大型尖锐湿疣治愈率高,复发率低,安全性好。
