解脲脲原体和微小脲原体生长特性及分离

摘    要:目的探讨解脲脲原体(ureaplasma urealyticum,UU)和微小脲原体(ureaplasma parvum,UP)的生长特性及其分离。方法从妇科门诊随机取266例阴道分泌物标本,通过固、液体培养后应用PCR,基因测序鉴别UU和UP,并筛选出与标准株(ATCC700970)序列相同的UP。取UU标准株T960(CX8=ATCC27618),分别进行培养,绘出生长曲线。结果标本中感染脲原体的有118例,其中UP阳性92例,UU阳性16例,混合阳性10例。固体培养可见大、中、小型的棕色菌落。UU生长周期为22h,UP为30h。液体培养基pH值达到7.5,UU需要13h,UP需要20h。结论临床分离发现UP阳性数高于UU,液体培养中UP的生长周期长于UU,pH值变化速度UP慢于UU,进一步证实了UP和UU是两个不同的种。
