| 摘 要： | 笔报道大型综合性医院开展社区医疗护理服务的做法：服务方式，服务内容，服务管理。介绍社区医疗护理中心成立2年以来，为3238例病人提供了社区医疗护理服务。接受并安排了护理专业实习任务。认为大型综合性医院开展社区医疗护理服务对我国社区医疗护理工作可起到一定的带动作用，有利于社区护理专业人才的培养，建立区域性的社区医疗护理服务网络为更多的家庭和个人提供医疗卫生保护服务，使有限的卫生资源得到更充分的利用。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the authors report their experience of large-scale synthetic hospital in developing community nursing service.They focused their community nursing practice on the3aspects:service modes,service contains,service management.By summarizing their2-year service practice in nursing3240community patients since foundation of their Community Medical Nursing Service Center,they conclude that the large-scale synthetic hospitals can take a lead in promoting community nursing in China,which is good for cultivation of nursing professionals.By constructing a network of community nursing service,the hospitals can make full use of the limit resources to provide more families and individuals with medical and health service. |
