| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨前列腺增生症合并的前列腺炎症对病人下尿路症状的影响因素。方法：纳入行经尿道前列腺电切术的前列腺增生症病人52例，术前作尿常规分析、经直肠前列腺B超、尿流动力检查、评估国际前列腺症状评分；术中取切取的前列腺组织作病理检查，诊断有无前列腺炎症、炎症程度和炎症类型。采用多元逐步线性回归方法分析前列腺腺体炎症、前列腺腺周炎症、尿路感染、前列腺体积、最大尿流率、逼尿肌是否受损、年龄对国际前列腺症状评分的影响。结果：前列腺炎症和前列腺增生症病人与国际前列腺症状评分无关。结论：本组前列腺增生症病人的下尿路症状和前列腺组织学炎症无关。
